These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Redefined Beauty LLC, doing business as Redefined Wellness (“Redefined Wellness,” “we,” “us,” “our”) website, mobile application, online booking system, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Platform.

1. Services Provided

Redefined Wellness provides medical aesthetic, wellness, and related services, including but not limited to Botox®, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser therapy, red light therapy, sauna/cold plunge experiences, IV therapy, vitamin injections, and skincare treatments. Services may be booked through our online Platform subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years of age to book medical aesthetic or wellness services.

Able to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when creating an account or booking.

If booking for a minor (where allowed), a parent or legal guardian must consent and be present during treatment.

3. Booking & Payment

Deposits: Certain services require a non‑refundable booking deposit, which will be applied to the cost of your service.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and other payment methods listed on the Platform. Merchant processing fees may apply.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late may reduce your treatment time without reducing the service price.

Cancellations & No‑Shows: Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee. Repeated no‑shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

Memberships: If you enroll in a membership plan, the specific terms of your plan (billing frequency, benefits, cancellation policy) will be provided at the time of enrollment and form part of these Terms.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice: Information provided on the Platform is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.

Consultation Required: All medical aesthetic and certain wellness services require an in‑person consultation and may require a signed medical consent form.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it is not in the client’s best interest or poses a medical risk.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

Disclose accurate and complete medical history, including allergies, medications, and health conditions.

Follow all pre‑ and post‑treatment instructions provided by our team.

Acknowledge that results vary between individuals and no guarantee of outcome is implied.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Redefined Wellness or its licensors and protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other clients.

Provide false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Redefined Wellness and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redefined Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or participation in services.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and protect your privacy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.
